Some things here in my new part of the world are mildly maddening at the moment, and as I was planning to write a post I was thinking of these maddening things. As such, I was prepared to post a list of these items when it occurred to me: GLASS HALF FULL BIATCH.
With that in mind I will list the things that are NOT Maddening about el mundo right now:
1. Kick ass views of the city.
2. Freedom to go pretty much where ever I want to without assistance.
3. Meeting new people - everyone is new to me and no one has any clue who I am (PS I told a crazy man on the train yesterday that I was a newlywed. Just to try it out.)
4. Talking to my brother a ton lately - it's like he relocated to an internet cafe!
5. Getting lost then finding the right way by total accident.
6. Dave Chappelle's stand up DVD Killing Them Softly.
7. Being unencumbered by all the stuff that a month ago I could not live without - hello human-sized M&M!
8. Realizing that it is kind of fun figuring out what people are really about regardless of previous expectations.
I am spending copious amounts of time trying to figure out the whole blog-spacing-picture-posting problem, maybe after that and the heat wave have ceased I'll write a non-list style post.
Or maybe not...

OMG, hilarious. I laughed out loud when I read you are now a newlywed. I pictured in my mind a different ride on a train . . . one where a 12 year old was groping you. Okay, so maybe not groping - but pretty close.
P.S. I'm coming to Chicago soon, and we are going to Wicked!! When do you have time free???
Are you only blogging in lists now? I like it. Try to watch ET tonight. Or just get it from the internet.
